How Do I Submit an I-Learn Help Request?

Please follow these steps to submit a ticket to BYU-Idaho Tech Support if you are unable to solve your technical problem with relevant help guides. Please be sure to complete all the necessary fields in this form so we can expedite your request as quickly as possible. Thanks!

Step 01: Inside of your course, click on "Course Help"

A new window will load. Please wait a few seconds to ensure it is complete.

Step 02: In the new window, select "Submit Request" located on the I-Learn Help Request tile.

After clicking the button, a form will load for you to submit a ticket. Please continue to learn how to complete this form.

Step 03: Check to make sure your class is correct in the ticket form

If the wrong course is showing, select "Show All Options" to see the available choices to you. Choose the one that best fits your question and/or circumstance. Remember, this form is for technical support. Please reach out to your Support Center with other questions such as financial aid or admissions.

Step 04: Select the assignment or category that corresponds with your technology question

If you have a generic technology question, not related to a specific assignment, then select something under the "Not Assignment Specific" (4) category. If it relates to your textbook, please select the item under "Textbook Access" (5) that corresponds to your question. Finally, at the bottom you can select an assignment (6) if your question involves one of them. Please be aware that you will only be able to select one item to associate with your ticket.
